Vinyasa yoga and the link between breath and movement is how I tune in with myself amidst the chaos of life. I taught Vinyasa and Restorative yoga in Portland, OR and look forward to participating in the yoga community on the Peninsula!
I believe that by making time for yourself we become more connected to not only ourselves, but also our families and communities. My classes often run with themes of self-compassion and loving-kindness.
